What is Baradene’s Giving Week?

Baradene’s 2026 Giving Week is a week long online campaign to raise funds for the updated staging, lighting and seating needed to transform the Jubilee 1and 2 Performing Arts classrooms into the Jubilee Theatre - a modern, flexible performance space. #BaradeneGivingWeek

When is Baradene’s Giving Week?

Baradene’s Giving Week will start on Friday 15 May 2026 at 9.00 am and will conclude on Friday 22 May 2026 at 11.55 pm.

What does my donation support?

Your donation will be applied to the costs of retractable audience seating, curtains and audiovisual and lighting equipment for the new Jubilee Theatre.

Why should I support Baradene’s Giving Week?

By donating to this campaign, you are helping Baradene to deliver outstanding educational opportunities for its students, now and in the future.  

How do I make a donation?

Click on the "Make a gift" tab at the top of the page, select an amount and complete the details on the Donation Form.

Yes, all payments are processed using a secure online Donation Form.

Is the donation tax deductible? 

Yes, the Baradene College Foundation (known as Growing Heart) is a New Zealand registered charity. You will receive a Donation Receipt for your donation which will include all the necessary information for NZ tax purposes. Donations over $5.00 are tax deductible for eligible donors. 

Can anyone donate to Baradene’s Giving Week?

Yes, parents, grandparents and other family members, alumnae and friends of Baradene are all welcome to show their support for Baradene and donate to this campaign, so please encourage others to donate too.

Can I donate if I live outside of NZ?

Yes, the Donation Form should work for every donor regardless of where you are in the world.

What happens to my personal information?

Your personal information will be stored securely and only used by Baradene College and its affiliated organisations including the Baradene College Foundation known as Growing Heart for record keeping and communication purposes.
